Join us on a scenic adventure motorcycle tour through the heart of Colorado’s Front-Range. This guided hub and spoke tour is curated for the intermediate adventure rider who craves the exhilaration of serpentine mountain passes and unpaved backroads.

Embark on a breathtaking 350+ mile guided motorcycle tour exploring the scenic vistas that lie at the heart of Colorado’s Front-Range in the Rocky Mountains. Limited to a small group of 2 to 6 riders, this tour provides a personalized and immersive riding experience. You will ride a variety of paved and unpaved routes each offering staggering beauty and unforgettable views.

No need to haul your luggage on your bike! This hub and spoke tour operates out of the Denver metro area where you will enjoy 4-star accommodations. Unpack once and enjoy two full days of riding in the front-range.

What’s Included

  • Small Groups: With a maximum of 6 riders, this tour is designed for personalized attention and camaraderie. A minimum of 2 double occupancy riders is required to host this tour.
  • Exciting Routes: Our routes are curated for intermediate adventure riders with experience riding on graded and ungraded dirt/gravel roads.
  • Premium Accommodations: Enjoy 2 nights at a 4-star hotel, where the day’s end is just as exhilarating as the start. Choose double or single occupancy while supplies last.
  • Welcome Dinner: This tour includes a hosted welcome dinner and rider orientation the evening before your ride.
  • Experienced Guides: Our motorcycle guides are certified and have more than 20 years of off-road riding experience.

Optional Services:

  • Motorcycle Rental: Need a motorcycle or gear? We can help you confirm availability and facilitate the rental process with a local shop.
  • Search & Rescue Benefit: If you do not already own a SPOT GPS Tracking Device we will purchase an Overwatch x Rescue plan on your behalf and add you to our SPOT Device for emergency situations.
  • Extended Stay: Pre-and-post tour accommodations can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Airport Ground Transfer: Effortless ground transportation to and from Denver International Airport (DIA) and Origin Hotel Golden is available.

Booking Prerequisites:

  • Intermediate experience is required. Our routes traverse steep paved roads with sharp switchbacks, graded dirt/gravel roads, and unmaintained two-track dirt roads.
  • All riders must hold a valid motorcycle license/endorsement and possess the minimum state-required motorcycle liability insurance or provide proof of coverage per your rental agreement.
  • All riders are required to complete a motorcycle equipment inspection form before the tour.
  • All riders are required to sign a Release and Waiver at the rider orientation meeting.

Exclusions:

  • Motorcycle rental and safety gear
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on riding days
  • Airfare and transfer to hotel

Do you rent motorcycles?

No, we do not rent motorcycles directly through SolidRide, but we can help facilitate the process with Twisted Road and Colorado Motorcycle Adventures. When requesting a quote we will ask you if you need help with a motorcycle rental.

Can I bring my own motorcycle?

Yes, you can bring your own motorcycle. We welcome street-legal dual sport and adventure motorcycles setup for off-road riding. We will communicate the recommended motorcycle on the tour registration page. All riders will be required to complete a motorcycle equipment checklist before the tour.

  • Dual sport or adventure bike setup for off-road riding
  • Fuel-Injection or Smart Carburetor
  • Larger fuel tank (3 gallons or more)
  • DOT off-road capable tire (in good condition)
  • Small rack/pouch or soft panniers to carry water/snacks, layers, and extra fuel (if required)
  • Street-legal with current registration and insurance

Do I need a motorcycle license?

Yes, a current and active motorcycle license or endorsement is required to book a motorcycle tour.

What rider experience level is required?

We support intermediate to expert motorcycle riders with experience riding on paved mountain passes, dirt/gravel roads and unmaintained two track roads. The experience-level required for the tour will be communicated on the booking page.

What is the tour group size?

We specialize in small group tours with a minimum of 2 riders and a maximum of 8 riders. Our average group size is between 4 and 6 riders.

Are accommodations included in the tour price?

Yes, we include accommodations in the tour price. The number of nights and inclusions/exclusions are communicated on the tour registration page.

Are your tour guides experienced?

Our tour guides have more than 20 years of off-road riding experience and carry certifications from International Guide Academy, American Red Cross, and NOLS.

Is food included in the tour price?

No, some, or all food may be included in the tour price. Please check the tour registration page for details on what is included or excluded in the price. Here are several examples of how might structure meals based on the tour price.
